Membership Growth & Engagement Lead
Are you passionate about community-building and driving growth in the clean energy sector? OREC is hiring an individual to lead our entire member relations program, focusing on strategy, communications, and increasing member participation in investment rounds. This high-impact role manages the full member life cycle and will also serve as the project lead for our 2-year ‘Thumbs Up RE’ awareness campaign project in the Greater Ottawa area. Ideal candidates have experience with membership-based organizations, executing diverse engagement activities, and strong interpersonal skills. Compensation: Base salary + performance incentive.
