This 560 kW roof mounted solar PV system is OREC’s first investment in an existing major solar project. The project is owned by a limited partnership which has a Feed in Tariff contract to sell power to the Ontario grid. OREC purchased the majority share in the partnership in May 2022, bringing it under community ownership. The project generates 550,000 kWh/yr of electricity.
